I did checkout 515_FR1709307_JP_prefecture.sql and 518_Add_Two_JP_Prefectures.sql
from trunk, migration directory.
and I executed query.
but, the SQLs are not executed correctly.
Records are garbled.
sqlplus seems not to support UTF-8.
Is it true?
SQLs are correct.
After converting character encoding (UFT-8 to SJIS),
records are inserted & updated correctly.

Thanks a lot, Trifon.
After above post,
I noticed that there are also two missing Japanese Prefectures.
栃木県(Tochigi) and 長野県(Nagano) are not registered in C_REGION table.
If you have a environment to treat Japanese characters,
please register these prefectures.
