I have the same issue. I'm running vista 64 with an AMD Phenom.
I tried to fix by running installer as admin. It installed correctly. But when starting up the program it then shows message:
Can't load ultradfg driver : c000428!
I also wanted to try the portable package, but don't understand how it works.
