What's happening?

IMWheel starts using 100% CPU

IMWheel works well most of the time, but suddenly it starts consuming 100% CPU power. When this happens, the special buttons and the scroll wheel stop working. This problem has started to occur fairly recently on both my computers, and happens at least once a day. They both run Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex (8.10). One is a 64 bit desktop and the other one a 32 bit laptop. The imwheelrc configurations...

Oh. I forgot to mention the environment. The Poco version is 1.3.3p1 (the full package). The computers on which I have run the Poco-server are both Ubuntu Linux (8.10). One is a 32-bit Intel and the other one a 64-bit AMD. Same result.
