Unversioned files are easily detected using the flat view, which is a great feature. This is a request to add a 'ignore' command to the Modify menu and the context menu of the file list.
On execution of the command, a prompt could appear to let the user choose if the ignore should apply to the chosen entity (by name) or a entire group of similar entities (by pattern, allowing for wildcards).

Correction: there is no issue in SVN creating incorrect collisions, this was experienced due to incorrect usage and misinterpreted as an existing bug on my side.
Nevertheless, adding the option for 'non-interactive' and also '--accept ..' would be a nice to have.

When merging, conflicts cause the merge process to stop, waiting for input. It would be nice to at least be able to run merge with the --non-interactive switch.
Note that when merging against foreign repositories, this does occur regularly, as SVn incorrectly reports collisions, even if there are non. This is a know issue with SVN. But for this reason, eSVN can currently not be used to merge...
