I just figured it out and got it working lol. Thanks for your reply, I do have one other question ... is it possible for iTunes Agent to show what song are already on the device? I have MP3s already on there and they aren't showing up in the MY DEVICE playlist ... ? Or, do I have to remove existing files for that to work?.

Hello, Im so happy that this program exists, unfortunately I'm unable to do anything with it, and I'm hoping someone can help me. Here's a run down of what I'm working with...
