  • Treectrl segfaults with Python-2.5 (on llinux)

A segfault occurs when using tktreectrl with Python-2.5/Tkinter . As Anton Hartl pointed out (see: http://groups.google.com/group/comp.lang.python/browse_thread/thread/37536988c8499708/aed1d725d8e84ed8?lnk=raot#aed1d725d8e84ed8 ) this is because both Python-2.5 and treectrl us a global symbol "Ellipsis". Changing "Ellipsis" into something like "TkTc_Ellipsis" fixes this . Michael.
