there are two potential issues. One the credential nessus server username/pass info is not correct. Not likely.
You should ssh to /opt/Inprotect/sbin or where ever the sbin subdirectory resides.
run ./nessusCron_1.60.pl and see if it throws an error. if it shows syntax.

Sounds like a wrong table version per the install/upgrade. I would recommend trying 1.9.2 per SVN if you haven't done so yet. download the tar.gz under the builds dir. I need to do a test on the latest 1.9.2 code and update the rev file and commit the clean_install_db table. I recommend the new code base over 1.0. I will check to see if I can get Greg/Michael to post a build of it soon...

I am aware of this bug and it was fixed shortly after the bundle was posted. Per the 1.9.2 svn code this is fixed.

I currently run 9 fully licensed nodes in my production environment. I have it coded so that each job takes up 5 slots there must be greater than 5 for a job to start.

Ok based on your statement; I will assume the following:
1. you have a nessus server started / running with a user account that exists so that you can connect to it either on a remote box or local box.
2. you can dump plugins by /opt/nessus/bin/nessus <serverip> <port> <username> <password> -P it will dump them to standard out.

In the past when I tried to use a form of relative path, or a variable it did not seem to include the path properly. I will try to retest this against 1.92 and put a fix in place for that build as 1.93. It will require to load the config settings prior to calling the use on various perl modules.
