Off the bat, NASM has no notion of PROC/ENDP. That is a MASM/TASM construct. You can make your own PROC/ENDP macros to bridge the gap. NASMX's nasmx.inc (http://www.asmcommunity.net/projects/nasmx/) has an example of this.
