We have a number of projects which share several mutual folders (client/server systems). I want to be able to generate focused documentation sets, for instance I want to generate documentation on files and components that are exposed to the Lua interface in some servers for external users, but there is no file-level control in ND currently.

I'd reached about page 9 of "Next Messages" without finding a topic covering this and I'm not finding an FAQ...
How does ND decide what to use for the index.html? I pointed ND at a pre-existing source tree and it produced lots of documentation before generating an index.html containing a redirect to a seemingly random file.
