New configuration format has been implemented. Features listed above were a bit pie-in-the-sky, and most will be added as feature requests in the future.

Reading up more on CLI implementation in PHP scripts, I'm reluctant to rely on the PEAR module incase people don't have it installed. I'll still implement it however.
On a more unrealistic note, I've come across Pashua, and it makes me want to create an OSX interface for the script. Maybe next year, I think I have enough to be getting on with ;)
