The documentation does not state clearly that queires
of the type "select * from x" do not work, rather
fields need to be specified:
"select val1, val2 from x".
This can cause confusion.

The application does not recognise the source type
"jdbc". It only recognises "SQL" when dealing with JDBC
queries.

Have added basic support for extending schools at runtime -
limited to schools at this time. A zip file containing an
additional schools.xml can be added. Using the "Add-In
manager" the zip file can be added to the known add-ins.
When restarted the program will load the additional
schools.xml and add the schools to the build-in set.
