Hi Kris,
I installed JQuery 4.0 on Eclipse 3.3.0, but when I tried to open the JQuery view, I got the following error:
Is this because I am running Eclipse on IBM JVM?

Steps I took to produce the bug
1) Select a factbase (I created and selected a single working set called "tyruba/src" with all the tyruba source code in it).
2) run some queries
=> works fine
3) Open preferences page TyRuBa backend and select parse dependencies.
4) Run another query (after some background thread seems to hold the UI up, presumably clearing / updating the factbase)

The "Add to JQuery database" menu item appears not to work (doesn't do anything for me).
Steps I took to produce the bug:
Installed JQuery 4.0b (as taken from CVS today, Apr 15th 2008).
Select and right click on a project and "Add to JQuery database".
Run query (package browser) -> no results.
Select Factbase dialog shows that no working sets are selected for the JQuery database.

I would like to set up an Eclipse Update Site for my project (jquery). JQuery is an Eclipse plugin so the most convenient way for users to download a distribution or an upgrade of the plugin is through an update site.
I think I could probably set this up simply by makiing the update site part of the JQuery webpages but...
I think it would be nicer to do it somehow as part of the FRS...
