Oracle is not supported by 3.0 beta. Current code from trunk has support for Oracle and 3.0 (not beta) will be released in few weeks with Oracle support.
You can build RunaWFE from trunk to get latest version.

We add support for oracle to RunaWFE since version 3.0. (tested on Oracle 11R). RunaWFE 3.0 binaries and installers will be available in few weeks.
