I have written some testcases (See attached ZIP) which shows that alpha-transparency support of the drawImage() function is pretty bad in current excanvas. Looks like IE is doing nasty things with rotated or scaled vml:image tags.
So I replaced the VML tags with DIVs using the AlphaImageLoader and now all the testcases are looking much better.
The changed excanvas.js together with a patch...

SourceForge has added me as an admin to this project so I was able to upload the last known sources of The Webdruid (0.5.4). The status of the original author of The WebDruid (Fabien Chevalier) is still unknown and this means The WebDruid is currently unmaintained. I can't install a website for the Project "webdruid"
because the group id of the project directory is wrong.
The "webdruid" group has id 113868 but the directory
/home/groups/w/we/webdruid belongs to the group 21691.
