Beta testing for Sokkit 3.0 has begun and is going smoothly. Projected release date for the initial release is early November. Sokkit 3.0 will run on NT/2000/XP. A Legacy Edition will follow a week or two behind that will run on 95/98/ME. Sokkit 3.0 will be priced at $19.95 and available from PHPGeek.com.

This version upgrades the PHP engine to v 4.0.3pl1. It also includes extensions like GD for the first time. PHPTriad is a Windows installer that sets up a PHP server environment.
