Hi,
I am trying to use TULP2G v1.4.0.4 to extract data from my phone via usb.
But, I could not do it for some reason. Maybe it is because I don't understand how to use it.
Anyway, below is the step I took. Please let me know what is wrong with it.
1. Plugged in my BlackBerry phone via USB.
2. Create a Case at Cast tab of TULP2G.
3. Selected Serial communication[1.4.0.2] as...

Hi,
I installed Live View 0.6 on Window XP professinal.
When I select Physical Disk, it says "No Suitable Disks Detected".
I think I don't understand on how to use this option.
Please hele me figure out how to use it.
