Sorry to be such a pain,
do you mean cron jobs with a frequency of once or less per hour are disabled for good or just momentary for maintenance, or because the jobs aren't documented properly?.

I got notified that a cron job that exports SVN changes to XML failed:

I'd like support for maintaining design notes, maybe design notes and svn:properties can be merged, setting properties from notes on put and getting notes from properties on get.
While not in the spirit of subversion, locking support would be usefull.
