I have tested today with Nokia e71 (MfE-Client) and had the same problems - so it's no "iPhone-Issue" it's an activeSync-Issue?

OS 3.0 is no solution for the problem - I use it already. I`m having exactly the same issue as romolus15.
Do you have the same setup (iPhone snyc over Exchange - ActiveSync)?.

I'm having the same problem:
* Running Exchange Server 2003
* Running DavMail 3.3.0b1-591
* Item created in iCal --> sync to Exchange (see it in OWA) Perfect! --> but no item on the iphone!
* Item created on iPhone --> sync to Exchange --> sync to iCal. Perfect!
But if I open the appointment wich was created in iCal with Entourage (eg. change time) the sync to the iphone...
