It appears the system-status component is the culprit (from blue-theme/right.cgi). If I get a chance I'll diff the two versions to see what might be causing the problem.

The update to 1.493 was through apt. I see there's no 1.493 release through SF. Hmm... Has anyone else updated? What changed in 493 for Debian?.

I just upgraded to 1.493 on Debian etch and the initial System Information screen takes a long time to complete its run with considerable load from miniserv.pl. Anybody else experiencing this?.
