This is amazing! Folks who are into CRM not even bother to reply prospect enquiry.
Not only I posted in this forum but I sent email to their "info@sourcetap.com" to ask for more information.
5 days passed not even a sinlge auto-reply. :(
Sad to see folks who promote CRM and yet they themselve never practice it.

ISn't it this is tedious?
If I have more than a dozen users in my sales & marketing team (or oragnization), it will be a lot to put in.
No to mention the "maintenance" of it, add / remove stuff!

Hi,
I hv gone thru the doc on your website but could not locate any information that allow us to send / receive email within the SourceTap CRM.
How do you keep track of all email correspondence on the contacts?
I do beleve that this is a very important features & functionailty that any good CRM/SFA should have!

Great!
Now, that brings out another point, Inventory list!
In order to create "Quote", we do require an Inventory List which comprises of SKU, Description, Unit Price, Price Level1, Price Level2, at least.
How could we achieve it?
Alternatively, it is possible to retrieve & pick it from the financial system? E.g. WebERP?

Gee.. how about duplication of contact within the same company, will it take care of it when creating a new contact and its happend to be an existing one?
I mean, by creating these extra fields to handle it.
