Might want to add PN:C:\cygwin\bin\XWin.exe Hide by move window
as a builtin default.
Close as not a bug when you decide if you want to add a default rule
or not, or perhaps just add to FAQ.

Add XMouse options:
Keyboard focus follows mouse pointer instantly (the only one that can be achieved with TweakUI, annoyingly enough accompanied by the "quality" to raise the window upon click).
Marked text is placed into the paste buffer instantly on left button release.

Even when I set "Force refresh after desktop change", cygwin Xterms do not refresh
correctly when I switch windows. They only refresh when I bring them to the top by
clicking on the frame/titlebar. Note: I am also using the True X-Mouse gizmo.
