Glad to hear you got it working! Strange that it wouldn't work with the upgrade. FYI I've got OS working with the RB 2009R4 compiler now.
You can grab a copy of the source from SVN if you're interested.
The problem was from RB changing the EditField class to TextArea.

I'm currently using RB 2009r2., I'll grab a copy of R4 and try to compile when I get a chance. BTW I got your email and I assume you were able to get a hold of the source.
