Currently I'm working with Tomcat 5.5.x and I've found an error when try to download a file usign the Open option in IE6. Googling a while, found that this bug happends when the requested file is under a protected context usign Form as authorization method (declared in the web.xml), because Tomcat set automatically the response headers Pragma and Cache-Control to no-cache/no-store...
