I'm a bit confused about the latest response from fincher requested me to use the "Rsync" button on the Subversion admin page.
Pychecker project is not using Subversion, we are using CVS. I looked at the Subversion Admin page and I do not see an "Rsync" button. I also looked at the CVS Admin page and I do not see an "Rsync" button.

The problem is not limited to sending to mailing lists, the syncmail script is also not able to send to user email accounts. I changed the loginfo file to the following:
CVSROOT /cvsroot/sitedocs/CVSROOT/cvstools/syncmail %{sVv} nnorwitz@users.sourceforge.net ericnewton@users.sourceforge.net
