If you can consistently reproduce this bug, please re-open this request and post the steps necessary to duplicate the bug.

This is something that will have to wait until the API/SDK for Astra (4.0) is released to public. I will put the status as pending until it is released.
FYI - You may already know this, but you can still connect if you go to the Identities & Connections tab and click the "Connect" button.
