First, thanks for starting this project. shntool desperately needs a GUI front-end for those who aren't "command-line savvy".
I just installed Audiophilia 0.0.1 and ran it (Windows 2000, SP4). When I run it, an "Unable to locate DLL" error occurs. It's looking for "mscoree.dll".
