Right clicking on a column header in a result grid changes the grid sorting in addition to bringing up the column's context menu. Right-click on a column header should not change the grid sorting.

+1 for this. After selecting several cells (multiple rows, one or more columns) in a result grid, the context menu should have a "Sum" option that will display a dialog with a grid that has the column title(s) and the sum of the selected rows for each column.

Command Prompt windows and other console-mode windows are not completely virtualized. The context menu does not have the Virtual Dimension option, and VD can "lose track" of which desktop the window is on (e.g. it will appear on the taskbar on one or more incorrect desktops).
Selecting the desktop that the window is supposed to be on will fix the task bar for a while, but as you switch back...

At some point after Squirrel has been in use for a while, dragging and resizing of session/worksheet windows becomes _very_ slow.
Unfortunately I have not been able to generate a minimum repro, but it appears to be related to having several sessions open, each with several worksheets, and using the Open SQL History dialog.

Dragging a column in the output grid is blind if the column is dragged past the edge of the window. The grid should scroll when a column is dragged past the horizontal window boundaries to keep its position visible.

It would be nice to be able to rearrange the output tabs by dragging them. See Firefox tabbed browsing for an example.

In several applications (notably VIM and Cygwin RXVT) I'm bedeviled by behavior that appears to indicate VD is restoring the windows to their minimum size before restoring them to the size they were when the application was minimized in leaving that desktop.
When the desktop is restored the display in these programs looks like the window was resized to its minimum width, and then restored to...

This happens when the application is busy doing something and is not processing the event queue. It's a fundamental design flaw of Windows. When the busy application processes the event queue the VD messages will be processed in the order they were sent. This can lead to flickering between all of the desktops you clicked on to get the thing to respond when it was "hung"...
