I installed 2.8 and used the supplied account.inc file and everything seems to working great. Thanks for fixing so quick and thanks for a great product.

sry, meant to put an example dn.
something like:
uid=john, ou=people, dc=test, dc=com
The spaces at ', ou' and ', dc' is the problem.
uid=john,ou=people,dc=test,dc=com works fine
Both work fine if you simply filter out the spaces after the comma.

The accounts were created with the ldapscript from http://wiki.babel.com.au/index.php?area=Linux_Projects&page=LdapImport.
Any account that I create with LAM works fine. All of the accounts that were imported contained a space after every comma in the DN. I'm sure you can create the same type of DN by importing an LDIF file to create a new user.

This is actually the same bug as reported in ticket: 2794351; however, I couldn't see any way to re-open that ticket.
The problem is that when I am in regular 'user' view, if I click on certain users, I get the message "Unable to load LDAP entry: ...".
This only seems to happen for users that have a space in the dn.

This isn't a bug, but the mailing lists don't seem to be working. I just compiled version 0.1.5 on 64bit Ubuntu 9.04 and it seems to be working great. I didn't see any 64bit version of the player, so I just thought I would mention it.
I did have to install some dependencies to get it to compile:
Just do a
sudo apt-get install cmake libtag1-dev libtag-extras-dev libcurl4-gnutls-dev...

I've been making working on customizing my install of IPplan. I added some fields in the iptemplate.xml file and added some information for one host into one of those fields that I created. I now want to remove that field, because I decided I no longer need it.
