As I said I'm not able to repeat this behavoir, but you can try and change the file:
<joomla-root>/components/com_mobimaps/views/default/tmpl/default.php
...to generate the html you want to be displayed (or maybe do a redirect to another page)

Do you have the webservers error logs available? In that case it would be nice if you could post the error message in the logs here.

Are you using the latest version of mobimaps (2.0.7)? Are you using the mobiview (2.0.11) template? Hae you tried turning on SEF (Search Engine Friendly) URL:s in the admin GUI
I cannot reproduce this here.
