What's happening?

compile errors: missing #include statement

ERROR: "show-diff" is not included in the mummer deb package available for Ubuntu 8.10 (mummer v. 3.20-2). positive log likelihood values

Code downloaded (cvs) 2005-03-31, compiled and run on MacOSX 10.3.8 (gcc v. 3.3): log likelihood values increases and quickly (after only 340 generations) get positive values.
