I just yesterday finished squashing the last few bugs I'd found in my port of PortaBase to Qt 4 on the Mac. As free time permits, I'll check that into source control and build some binary packages for beta testing (at least for Mac and Windows, maybe a .deb for my Eee PC also).
I can try to build an S60 binary also, but it'll take a while to learn the build process and nobody I know has a...
