This seems like a similar backtrace. Accidentally saw venice on freshmeat and thought it'd be fun to see what the GP comes up with, alas I'm having problems getting it to run without throwing exceptions. Curiously the first generation always seems to complete, and if the exception doesn't get thrown during the first few generations after that, it seems like it will never get thrown.

The satellite time should surely be returned in UTC?

B68 here, with an uptime of 6d11h, no 100% cpu encountered so far. Yippee :)

I was running B64 and encountered the 100% CPU after about a day again. Upgraded to B66 now.
I noticed on comittlog that there were some changes to a section from which I noticed there were still a few exceptions being thrown in B64. Might be unrelated:
DEBUG::Thu Nov 03 23:45:39 EET 2005::com.aelitis.azureus.core.networkmanager.impl.ProxyLoginHandler$1::selectFailure::150...

Ah yes I forgot to mention that az only started using 100% CPU after being left running overnight. It works perfectly for a few hours right after start, but eventually goes into this 100%/noexit mode.

I'm seeing the 100% and unable to shutdown thing too.
The GUI remains responsive, there is data flowing normally (as far as I can tell), but the CPU usage is at 100%, and azureus does not exit cleanly when asked to do so. The GUI vanishes, and all peer connections are closed, but there are a few threads left running, and the java process is of course there in the background eating up the CPU.

Azureus version: 2.3.0.0
Sun Java 1.5
Linux, Fedora Core 2
After about 10 minutes of azureus running, there are
126 sockets in CLOSE_WAIT state. Az is using as much
CPU as it can get right from start.
With java 1.4, the CPU hogging is gone, but the number
of sockets in CLOSE_WAIT state shoots up to 800 or so
in a few minutes.
There are barely connections established in either...

Maybe it would be a good idea to quote the actual assertion...

In order to reproduce:
Load the savegame, click open the depot, tell train to
leave.
Another interesting thing: Impossible to sell train.
