Suddenly and for no apparent reason (as usual), Spambayes stopped being as effective scoring and putting messages in Junk and Suspected Junk. Then toolbar quit working as way to Delete as Spam or Recover from Spam. Used all suggestions given in Troubleshooting for repairing toolbar -- tried each several times.Then kept getting message I needed to Reconfingure. Running Outlook 2003 on Windows XP.
