It would be useful to add an "ignore DTD option" to the command-line parameters.
Sometimes people don't need the DTD file for a transformation and would like to ignore it.
For example, if doctype reffers to an online DTD file, you must be connected to internet to be able to process the xml, although you don't need the DTD.
Microsoft MSXSL does have that option (-xe).

Option --output-def of LD generates a non syntax valid definition file.

Did you check the bug with the windows version? Please check also that the file size is exactly 440.363.008
bytes, because maybe I downloaded it wrong.
Media Player Classic closes down because the file is corrupted, but I think DivFix++ should be able to manage bad files.
