I have written a small test program to simulate VoIP data communication (one UDP packet every 50 ms).
I noticed that when I run this over an OpenVPN connection, I get persistent and continuous packet loss after a while (starts around packet #350).
This behaviour is very consistent and once packet loss started persists until the test is stopped and restarted.
