The plugin suggests a class expression, which leads to the ontology being inconsistent, but does not warn the user (highlight it in red).
To reproduce:
1. Load the SWORE ontology in Protege.
2. Run plugin on CustomerRequirement.
3. Select "isCreatedBy ONLY Customer" and add it.
4. Run reasoner.

This seems to be a rare special case, but the behaviour of CELOE is correct. The class Viewer is an enumeration of the only two instances in the ontology. Window has the same instances, but all other class expressions appear not to cover those instances and, thus, have 0% accuracy. The LearningAlgorithm class allows to define a threshold such that solutions below it are not shown.
