i got the same kind of exception with my unit tests: SWT Exception, the best is that from this point the only way to have my workspace working is to uninstall completely coverlipse.
Did anyone tried coverlipse with Eclipse 3.5. With a basic Galileo J2EE bundle download + Subclipse plugin I get UI deadlocks that immediately disapeared after removing my Coverlipse installation.
