You may want questions like this to go to comp.lang.ada for a wider audience. I would also suggest gnat make as Martin did but you seem to indicate you wanted to modify the main generated by gnatbind and I wonder why you think you need to do that.
Normally one just pragma imports and calls things from the right place in the Ada code. Is this some very complicated interaction between...

Just like to point out again that we would need all source and build procedures posted along with the binaries. Including things like gtk itself if you have included gtk binaries.

Good questions. Normally I'd say we should at least be mindful of non-gnu stuff if we were doing a real Ada project however in this case where we are crossing language barriers, pulling in gperf, using python and will likely have limited resources, I'd be happy as long as this works most places gcc/gnat work and produces bindings that themselves are portable.
