Hi,
You must to choice in the main menu of Tinn-R the option R/Configure/Permanent (Rprofile.site).
Tinn-R will do the job for you!

The bug was fixed and a new version (2.3.4.2) will be released.

I prefer to use the package debug instead of the function debug (package base).
