BibleTime needs an a location field (aka address bar),
where user can quickly type in the reference to jump
to. e.g.
Eph 2:1-3, James 1, 1 Jn 3:4
It is much faster than the combo box selection
currently in use.
NOTES:
The location field needs to have a keyboard
accelerator, e.g. F3, or ALT + L, CTRL + G, etc.
