Hide "Dummy Reader" From User
A "Dummy Reader" was added to OpenJUMP to facilitate zip files with miscellaneous XML files ( such as ESRI metadata files). This file is currently available through the GUI to the user. When used to read an input file, it does nothing. It should be hidden from the user in the GUI. You can read more in this thread: http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.gis.jump.devel/13957.
