On https://sourceforge.net/docs/E04/en/#connection
and https://sourceforge.net/docs/F04/en/#firewall_config
it is well described how to access a projects CVS repository behind a firewall but only a /developer access/, i.e. write-access ... Is it possible at all to get anonymous read-only access to a projects CVS repository behind a firewall?
If "yes", please describe so on the above pages...

This patch makes it possible to export into SQLite friendly SQL scrpits using 'mdb-schema -S MyDB.mdb sqlite3'
Further it improves the usability of mdb-export because a table name is optional making it easier to export all tables.
