The version of vloopback included with Flashcam is too old for your kernel.
You'll need to disable the building of vloopback in the Flashcam package and pull from the vloopback svn trunk instead:

Flashcam Team,
I noticed that nobody has yet packaged Flashcam for Ubuntu. I need this package for day-to-day use (yes, even with Flash 10), so I have created builds in my PPA on launchpad:
