Looks like the file itself could be read (btw, there's no difference in format between 0.9.2 and 1.0.x) since we saw 'endDocument'. Then for some reason, the application crashed.
Since you're using aqbanking one question: did you have mapped accounts before? Did you carry over the aqbanking configuration also?
You can try to run KMyMoney under debugger control from the console to get some...

Hm, you updated from the Packman repository files that are for version 0.9.3. Obviously, those are older than the one you have installed (1.0.2), though they have been generated a few days ago. Please contact the packager directly about this problem.
