Hello,
this issue is fixed for the latest developer version and in updates delivered for the Enterprise Edition users with version higher than 4.4.001.
Of course this fix will also be part of the next community release.

(just as an info for other readers, further discussion about this topic can be found in the RapidMiner forum)
we revised the internal remapping of nominal values during model applications and found a bug which did not affect the predictions but under certain conditions changed the display (not the internal values) of nominal values - funnily enough with exception of the predicted...

Hello,
we have implemented a new neural net learner (called "NeuralNetImproved") for the latest developer version which will replace the existing learners "NeuralNet" and "NeuralNetSimple" in future versions. This new implementation is much better suited for regression problems and also works faster.

thanks for sending in the contribution. Did you checkout the latest release RM 4.4? There is a new operator called "LinearDiscriminantAnalysis" in this release. We will check and compare both implementations.
