On ppc64 GNU/Linux 2.6.26.5 there is a segmentation fault with slirp 1.0.17beta direct after start.
The multiple used va_list seems to be the problem.
Here is a patch.

Hello,
mpg123 1.2.0 generates sometimes some beeping artefacts at low bitrates. I am using a Pentium III/Linux system. For example madplay plays it correct.
A short example created by lame 3.97 played with some of these beeps is attached. Sounds like an overdrive in some frequency bands.
Thanks,
Ingo.

Hello,
here are some suggestions for configure options to this great editor:
--disable-libm would be nice, for systems with broken/non standard libm; and
something like --minimum-size to get a version with base functionality only and minimum size of the executable.

Hello,
i had to insert
#include
in the file
lib/video/renderer.cpp
to get avifile-0.7-0.7.43 compiled. Then it seems to work.
Thanks.

Hello,
there seems to be an offset of 200ms between audio and video using screencapture of cinelerra 1.1.6. In broadcast2000 (+divx patch) wasn't any.
Is there an option to control this?
Thanks
Ingo.

Hello jehojakim,
at first: now it seems to work!!!
The Problem seems to be the Cinelerra_rc file:
At first there were strange values for the window sizes 32000 or so and window positions something negative, but if the file was deleted cinelerra don't generate a default one. So i have modified the size and position values in my old Cinelerra_rc to some useful values and now it seems to...

Hello,
here's my compiling howto on SuSE 8.1:
1) untar :-)
2) export CFLAGS='-O3 -march=i686 -fmessage-length=0 -funroll-all-loops -fomit-frame-pointer -malign-loops=2 -malign-jumps=2 -malign-functions=2 -I/usr/local/include'
(see cinelerra-1.1.6/doc/index.html)
but export CFLAGS="-O" works, too
3) in directory cinelerra-1.1.6/quicktime
make
4) in directory...

You are right:
It was only a "user bug"; it seems to work very well now.
Thanks,
Ingo.
