Lives 0.9.8.10 on FreeBSD 8-current/amd64. Removing the file manually solves the problem.

I manage a proxy server for a large Russian University - Russian State University of Oil and Gas (RSUOG, www.gubkin.ru). It seems the proxy's IP has been banned:

I experience the problem on recent FreeBSD-current/amd64. I could not reproduce it yet on FreeBSD-current/i386 (i.e. the same torrents work fine on i386).
