    @ abartels Regarding the virtual buildings, why not use a C4C like shadow colonist outline to show the number of slots available in a building. Buildings with upgrades could have a lock icon(Overlay on the shadow) on the slot to indicate that it is unavailable, but may be used in the future, while buildings with no such upgradable slots could just have a red X(Overlay again) to indicate this...

    IMO there seems to be some proportioning error in the sailor, especially the torso and the feet. Also, if its sunrise and the sun's not risen yet, would there actually be so much light as to illuminate the visible side of the land? I agree with Hutze regarding the sea. Overall, I like the picture too.

    Actually, just changing the order of attack wont change the outcome unless the units used have different strengths (Like a mix of frigates and privateers, especially the Drake powered kind). You basically need to perform some move that calls on the random number generator like exploring a lost city, visiting an Indian Village or Attcking with a unit in another battle.   • Allow saving Custom Colours for player.

    I want freecol to supoort saving of custom colours. Although the palettte is large, it sometimes lacks the exact shade the player wants. Thus saving custom colours can allow the player to extend the palette to include colours of their choice.

    IMO the Newcol units look rather odd as if they are just one legged standing units juxtaposed with the horse graphic rather than intentionally drawn mounted units. So I would recommend correcting them before use.
