In windows, you can add Borg to the startup menu. Find the Borg menu item, which by default is Start-Programs-BORG Calendar-Borg Calendar. right click and select copy. Then go to Start-Programs-Startup, right click on Explore and paste into the window that pops up. That should cause BORG to start up when you log into windows. This all works for windows XP. It should work for other versions, but...

I have never heard of jalimo before, but I looked on their website. I don't think swt-gtk-3.4.jar would be of any use as borg is a Swing program, not SWT. It sounds like you need something called package classpath-awt instead.
Based on the errors, perhaps you also need package java-gnome-jalimo-2.10.
I would be very surprised if you can get it working without any problems.
