This release fixes a dependency on PythonXML. If you see an error like:
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'DefaultHandler'
then you should update to this release.

OK, thats a reasonable use case. So presumably running
peapod.py --cleanup
should remove lines from download.log where the podcast is no longer on the filesystem or in the feed?
Removing files that belong to old feeds is slightly harder as the download.log file doesn't actually record where the download came from.
I'll take a look at the code and see if I can come up with a plan.

try this instead
My feed
http://example.com/feed.xml
/home/user/media/video/myfeed

Why do you want to remove all the old information?

You should already be able to do this.

My New Feed
http://feed.feedburner.com/somefeed
/directory/to/save/to
.

It’s snowing here in blighty, and it’s the long Easter weekend. So this seems like a good time to get a new release out. Lots of great features and bug-fixes have been languishing in SVN and it’s about time they saw the light of day.
Features
* specify a non-standard config file by passing –config=/path/to/config.file
* specify a non-standard directory to save data by pass.
